We are a nonprofit social enterprise committed to being a “fair chance employer.” We hire, empower, and support individuals facing barriers to employment due to previous incarceration, human trafficking, sexual trauma, and/or addiction.
OUR PROGRAMS
Our mission is to provide meaningful opportunities that restore dignity and foster long-term success. Currently, we intend to do this in two tangible ways.
The Coffee Shop
We are actively working to open a neighborhood coffee shop where our employees can earn a living wage.
Employment Services
We also offer a variety of employment services, including resume building, interview coaching, and computer literacy support.
Down The Line
As we grow, we’re committed to growing alongside our team and community through support and open feedback.
